We have lived with Surrey Student Homes for just under a year and the house was in a great condition after previously being updated last year with a new kitchen, larger upstairs single bedroom and new mattresses. The house is situated in a lovely neighbourhood, with a short 15m walk to the university, local supermarket and round the corner to a few local shops. Neighbours were also very friendly who we had regular conversations with. We moved in and out of the house without any issues.
