We have lived with Surrey Student Homes for just under a year and the house was in a great condition after previously being updated last year with a new kitchen, larger upstairs single bedroom and new mattresses. The house is situated in a lovely neighbourhood, with a short 15m walk to the university, local supermarket and round the corner to a few local shops. Neighbours were also very friendly who we had regular conversations with. We moved in and out of the house without any issues.

Gurpreet was happy to deal with any issues we had at the start of the tenancy, and was always readily available to deal with queries.

We have lived with Surrey Student Homes for one year and are staying in the same house for a second, the house was in a brilliant condition when we moved in and any issues we have had during the year have been resolved without delay or hassle. Our house is in a brilliant location with adequate parking to meet our needs. Surrey Student Homes are extremely helpful and professional and I would highly recommend them. Update: We stayed in his house on Ashenden Road for 3 consecutive years and then moved into a fantastic 7 bed house on Manor Rd for a 4th consecutive year.

Our house on Southway had an ideal location and was in excellent condition for a student property. We were lucky enough to have our kitchen replaced, which was extremely efficient and an added bonus! Gurpreet has been reliable, approachable and fair throughout our tenancy. I would definitely recommend Surrey Student Homes and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

When we arrived at our house it was in perfect condition. We were given all the relevant information whilst moving in and helped whenever needed by the landlord. The maintenance team were always prompt to us whenever need be.
